RENTAL PERIOD
The shortest rental period is 24 hours. In delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding 3 hours in total, a full day fee including CDW (Insurance) fee is charged.
LONG-TERM RENTALS
For long-term rentals, the minimum rental period is 30 days. Special price is applied. For information on rental prices and conditions, you can call Yunes Rent a Car Reservation Center or Yunes Rent a Car Office closest to you on +90 232 251 38 39.
ONE WAY RENTAL
If the vehicle is returned in a city other than the city from which it was received, the One Way Fee is applied regardless of the rental period. For one-way fee information, you can call our Reservation Center or the nearest Yunes Rent a Car Office.
VEHICLE DELIVERY - VEHICLE DROP-OUT
Delivery of the vehicle and the delivery of the vehicle from the customer is free of charge at any hour of the day at our International Airports Offices, which provide 24-hour uninterrupted service, and within working hours at our other offices. Vehicle deliveries and vehicle dropouts outside of working hours are free of charge, except at International Airports.
AIRPORT SERVICE FEE
Airport Service fee is not charged for rentals made from Yunes Rent a Car Offices at International Airports, which provide uninterrupted service for 24 hours.
DRIVER DOCUMENT - USAGE AGE
Persons who are at least 22 years old and have a valid driver's license for 2 years can rent a vehicle. Luxury vehicles have to be at least 25 years old.
ADDITIONAL DRIVE
The vehicle can be used by someone other than the tenant, but it is possible to record the valid identity and driving licenses of the drivers in accordance with the driver's license and age of use rules. If there is no other record and it is determined that the accident was made by the unregistered driver, the insurance will be invalid.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - NON ISSUES
Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, vehicle maintenance costs and insurance. Fuel, bridges, highway fees, traffic fines and insurances, one-way fees, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, extra requests such as baby seats and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the prices.
PAYMENT
All credit cards in cash or valid are accepted for payment of rental fees.
YUNES RENT A CAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE TYPES SPECIFIED IN THE TARIFF WITH THE PRICES AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
TRAFFIC FINES
120 km in highway traffic laws in Turkey. 100 km on intercity roads. and 50km in urban areas. allows speed. When parking, obey the PARKING BAN signs. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied to movements that may arise from failure to comply with traffic laws and the tenant's fault belong to the tenant. After leaving the vehicle, traffic fines reaching Yunes Rent a Car are reflected to the tenant and the relevant amount is collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card (mail order). The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicles are kept by official or local authorities for whatever reason will be accepted within the term of the contract.
